En 1976, la Institución Educativa “La Inmaculada” abrió las puertas a los jóvenes convirtiéndose en Colegio Nacional Mixto y en 1993 la congregación recibe la fusión de la Escuela Nº 0390 creándose también el Nivel Inicial, y convirtiéndose en Colegio Nacional de Menores “La Inmaculada”, con sus tres niveles.
Hoy, después de muchos años, vemos transformada esta Institución Educativa con una nueva infraestructura, una Axiología Católica Franciscana, una educación en valores con visión hacia el futuro y una misión educativa en Pastoral.
Contamos con padres de familia que se desenvuelven en diferentes actividades económicas, principalmente, como comerciantes, agricultores, empleados públicos y privados; por otro lado, un gran porcentaje de estas familias son disfuncionales.
A lo largo de la historia, la I.E. ha ido cosechando éxitos y logros importantes destacando en la Prueba ECE, el deporte, en los concursos que promueve el Ministerio de Educación, FENCYT, en los proyectos innovadores donde ha resultado ganadora a nivel regional y nacional.
Cada directora afianzó las enseñanzas del Maestro de maestros, grabando en el corazón de los estudiantes el amor y la fraternidad. Ellas fueron:

1.-Hna. María Cruz de Jesús
El 19 de octubre del año 2016 fue llamada a la casa del padre en la fraternidad “Buen Retiro” de Lima, la hermana María Cruz de Jesús (Elvira Teresa Gonzales) a los 81 años de edad y 54 de Profesión Religiosa.
Compartió su vida fraterna en Chachapoyas, San Pedro de Lloc, Señor de la Misericordia, la Inmaculada de Lima, Casa Madre en el servicio de ecónoma General, Prato (Italia) y la fraternidad de Buen Retiro.
La hermana Cruz durante su vida religiosa se desempeñó como maestra y directora en las Instituciones educativas, inculcando en las alumnas valores, buenos modales y enseñándoles a amar a Dios y a la santísima Virgen.
El Obispo de Chachapoyas la nombró secretaria de la Causa de la Beatificación de Monseñor Ortiz Arrieta, cargo que desempeñó con gran responsabilidad y eficiencia. Amó mucho la congregación y siempre se preocupó de trabajar por el aumento de vocaciones. Sus últimos años los paso en la comunidad de “Buen Retiro”, manifestando siempre su amor a Dios en la entrega a los hermanos.

On October 19th, 2016, Sister María Cruz de Jesús (Elvira Teresa Gonzales) was called to her father's house in the "Buen Retiro" fraternity in Lima, at 81 years of age and 54 by Religious Profession.
She shared her fraternal life in Chachapoyas, San Pedro de Lloc, Señor de la Misericordia, La Inmaculada Concepción of Lima, Casa Madre in the service of General Treasurer, Prato (Italy) and the Buen Retiro fraternity.
Sister Cruz during her religious life served as a teacher and principal in educational institutions, instilling in the students values, good manners and teaching them to love God and the Blessed Virgin.
The Bishop of Chachapoyas appointed her Secretary of the Cause for the Beatification of Monsignor Ortiz Arrieta, a position she carried out with great responsibility and efficiency. She loved the congregation very much and was always concerned with working to increase vocations. She spent her last years in the "Buen Retiro" community, always manifesting her love for God by giving herself to her brothers.






2.-Hna. María Fortunata de Jesús
(Deysi Catalina Rojas Benavides)
El 29 de enero del 2020, descansó en la paz del Señor, en la fraternidad de “Señor de la Misericordia” de Lima, la Hna. María de Fortunata de Jesús (Deysi Catalina Rojas Benavides) a los 76 años de edad y 55 de profesión Religiosa.
Nació en la ciudad de Moquegua, el 13 de febrero de 1944, estudió en el colegio “Santa Fortunata” y al final de sus estudios de secundaria ingresó a la Congregación; por ser la primera alumna del colegio que ingresaba a la Congregación, se le puso como nombre religioso: Sor Fortunata de Jesús.
En 1962 ingresó a la congregación, iniciando su postulantado en el instituto” Ermelinda Carrera”. Después de los dos años de Noviciado hizo su primera profesión Religiosa el 12 de agosto de 1965 y su profesión perpetua el 06 de enero de 1972.
Inició su etapa de juniorado en el colegio “Señor de la Misericordia” donde inició sus estudios en la Escuela Normal “Clara Álvarez”, posteriormente tanto la casa juniorado como la Escuela Normal “Clara Álvarez” fueron trasladados al local que perteneció a las Madres Benedictas, ubicado en el Jirón Cuzco.
La Hermana Fortunata se destacó por su gran amor a la Congregación, muy fraterna, alegre, entusiasta trabajadora, servicial, atenta a las necesidades de las hermanas. Amante de la naturaleza.
Como Profesora de Primaria, fue muy cercana a sus estudiantes a quienes les inculcaba con gran cariño, el amor a Dios, a la Virgen María y a Nuestro Padre San Francisco de Asís. Preparaba con esmero y dedicación a las niñas, para la Primera Comunión. Desempeñó con gran amor a la Congregación y espíritu de servicio los cargos de Ecónoma local, Promotora Vocacional, Superiora y Directora en varias Obras de la Congregación.
Compartió la vida fraterna en las comunidades del colegio “Señor de la Misericordia”, Fraternidad “Clara Álvarez”, Colegio “Virgen Asunta”-Chachapoyas, Colegio “Santa María Reina”-Chiclayo, Colegio “Santa Teresa de la Inmaculada”-San Pedro de Lloc., Colegio “La Inmaculada”-Juanjuí, Colegio “Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria”-Camaná, Colegio “Virgen Dolorosa”-Tarapoto, Colegio “La Inmaculada”-Ica

On January 29th, 2020, she rested in the peace of the Lord, in the fraternity of "Señor de la Misericordia" in Lima, Sr. María de Fortunata de Jesús (Deysi Catalina Rojas Benavides) at 76 years of age and 55 of religious profession.
She was born in the city of Moquegua, on February 13th, 1944, she studied at the "Santa Fortunata" school and at the end of her secondary studies she entered the Congregation; Because she was the first student at the school to enter the Congregation, she was given a religious name: Sor Fortunata de Jesús.
In 1962 she entered the congregation, beginning her postulancy at the "Ermelinda Carrera" institute. After two years of Novitiate she made her first Religious profession on August 12th, 1965 and her perpetual profession on January 6th, 1972.
She began her juniorate stage at the "Señor de la Misericordia" school where she began her studies at the "Clara Álvarez" Normal School, later both the juniorate house and the "Clara Álvarez" Normal School were transferred to the premises that belonged to the Benedicta Mothers , located in Cuzco Street.
Sister Fortunata stood out for her great love for the Congregation, very fraternal, cheerful, enthusiastic, hard-working, helpful, attentive to the needs of the sisters. She was a nature lover.
As a Primary Teacher, she was very close to her students, whom she instilled with great affection, the love of God, the Virgin Mary and Our Father Saint Francis of Assisi. She carefully and dedicatedly prepared the girls for their First Communion. With great love for the Congregation and a spirit of service, she carried out the positions of local bursar, Vocation Promoter, Superior, and Principal in various works of the Congregation.

3.-Hna. María Carolina de Jesús

El día 11 de setiembre del 2019, descansó en la paz del Señor, en la “Casa madre” de Lima, La Hna. María Carolina de Jesús (Lucila Córdova Porras), a los 75 años de edad y 52 de Profesión Religiosa.
Compartió su obediencia en varias fraternidades, “Nuestra Señora del Carmen”-Jauja, “Nuestra Señora del Rosario” – Huancayo, “Santa María Reina de Chiclayo”, “Nuestra Señora de Fátima” - Arequipa, “La Inmaculada” de Juanjuí, “Santa Teresita de la Inmaculada” de San Pedro de Lloc, “Santa Fortunata de Moquegua”, “Educandas” de Cusco, “La Inmaculada” de Tacna.
La Hna. María Carolina de Jesús, se caracterizó por su trato delicado y alegre, desempeñó cargos de superiora, directora de varias instituciones educativas, en la que se desempeñó con gran responsabilidad y cariño. Como maestra en las aulas fue muy ingeniosa para sembrar las semillas del reino en los corazones de sus estudiantes.
Aquejada por los fuertes dolores a los huesos a causa del brote agudo de lupus y la osteoporosis deformante generalizada, tuvo que pedir permiso para hacer su tratamiento en el país de España, durante muchos años tuvo que llevar a la Cruz de la enfermedad, que lo ofrecía por la congregación, Durante ese tiempo siempre imploraba con lágrimas en los ojos “no me saquen de mi convento”, y fue su deseo morir en la Congregación, vistiendo el hábito franciscano. Gracias al acompañamiento muy cercano de la Madre María Antonieta García Carrizales, Superiora General de la Congregación, quien se preocupó de visitarla.
Cuando retorno a la congregación muy feliz, expresando “Esperare a Jesús, cuando él quiera. Creo que será pronto, no me siento bien”. Dios que no se deja ganar en misericordia le concedió este pedido, murió en la congregación, en el hospital Almenara a la 12.00M, en el día del Santísimo Nombre de María.

On September 11th, 2019, she rested in the peace of the Lord, in the "Mother House" in Lima, Sister María Carolina de Jesús (Lucila Córdova Porras), at 75 years of age and 52 of Religious Profession.
She shared her obedience in several fraternities, "Nuestra Señora del Carmen"-Jauja, "Nuestra Señora del Rosario" - Huancayo, "Santa María Reina” from Chiclayo, "Nuestra Señora de Fátima" - Arequipa, "La Inmaculada" from Juanjuí, " Santa Teresita de la Inmaculada” from San Pedro de Lloc, “Santa Fortunata” from Moquegua, “Educandas” from Cusco, “La Inmaculada” from Tacna.
The Sister María Carolina de Jesús, was characterized by her delicate and cheerful treatment, she held positions of superior, she was principal of various educational institutions, in which she performed with great responsibility and affection. As a classroom teacher she was very resourceful in planting the seeds of the kingdom in the hearts of her students.
Afflicted by severe bone pain due to the acute outbreak of lupus and generalized deforming osteoporosis, she had to ask permission to undergo treatment in the country of Spain, for many years she had to carry the Cross of the disease, which offered for the congregation. During that time, she always implored with tears in her eyes "don't take me out of my convent", and it was her wish to die in the Congregation, wearing the Franciscan habit. Thanks to the very close accompaniment of Mother Marie Antoinette García Carrizales, Superior General of the Congregation, who made the effort to visit her.
When she returned to the congregation she was very happy, expressing “I will wait for Jesus, whenever he wants. I think it will be soon, I don't feel well”. God, who is not merciful, granted her this request. She died in the congregation, at the Almenara hospital at 12:00 noon, on the day of the Most Holy Name of Mary.




4.-HNA.MARÍA BIBIANA DE JESÚS

El 21 de febrero del año 2014, siendo las 09:30 a.m., descansó en la paz del Señor en la clínica Centenario Peruano Japonés, la Hermana María Bibiana de Jesús, a los 80 años de edad y 59 de Profesión Religiosa. La Hermana Bibiana trabajó por muchos años en la casa misión "Santa Teresita" de Puerto Ocopa. Desde que llegó a estas tierras de misión se mostró siempre sencilla y delicada. Su misión primordial fue dar a conocer a Cristo, sobre todo en los años tan difíciles que a nuestra Patria le tocó vivir en la incursión del terrorismo. Cuidó mucho de los niños nativos que estaban internos, venciendo todo tipo de dificultades, propias de aquellos años de violencia. Se mostró siempre valiente frente al peligro inminente y era capaz de dialogar con las personas que la amenazaban no sólo a ella sino a todas las hermanas de la Fraternidad. Su paciencia buen humor nunca le faltaron en esos momentos difíciles. La Hermana Bibiana visitaba las casas de las familias nativas llevándoles palabras de aliento, fortaleza y comprensión. Algunas personas, escuchando sus consejos, dejaban el mal camino y volvían al seno de su hogar. Se distinguió por su piedad; fue muy fervorosa y amante de la Eucaristía. Invitaba a las personas a participar de la misa dominical; además preparaba con mucho cariño a las parejas para que formalicen su compromiso a través del sacramento del matrimonio, que luego lo celebraba con una gran fiesta. Ella misma arreglaba y maquillaba a las novias para que lucieran hermosas; tenía detalles tan sencillos que hasta hoy muchas familias la recuerdan con cariño. La Hermana Bibiana siempre fue una buena misionera franciscana, dedicó su vida a los más pobres, como lo fue nuestro Padre Fundador. Así mismo, compartió la vida fraterna y ejerció el apostolado en el CEI de Ica y en Juanjuí. Fue una religiosa muy prudente, simple, servicial y graciosa. Siempre ocurrente. A pesar de la enfermedad que la aquejaba, seguía trabajando como una hormiguita, y decía: "la religiosa debe morir trabajando", expresión salida de los labios de nuestra Madre Fundadora. Quiso mucho a los niños del Inicial de Ica y ellos también le retribuían este cariño con muestras de atención y admiración, tanto que la promoción del mismo año 2014 lleva su nombre; todo esto por iniciativa de los mismos niños. Hna. Bibi nos dejó gratos recuerdos. El Señor la tenga en su gloria.

SISTER MARÍA BIBIANA DE JESÚS

On February 21st, 2014, at 09:30 a.m., Sister María Bibiana de Jesús, at 80 years of age and 59 of Religious Profession, rested in the peace of the Lord at the Centenario Peruano Japonés clinic. Sister Bibiana worked for many years at the "Santa Teresita" mission house in Puerto Ocopa. Since she arrived in these mission lands she always showed herself simple and delicate. Her primary mission was to make Christ known, especially in the difficult years that our Homeland had to live in the incursion of terrorism. She took great care of the native children who were hospitalized, overcoming all kinds of difficulties, typical of those years of violence. She was always brave in the face of imminent danger and was able to dialogue with people who threatened not only her but all the sisters of her Fraternity. Her patience, her good humor, never lacked in those difficult moments. Sister Bibiana visited the homes of the native families bringing them words of encouragement, strength and understanding. Some people, listening to her advice, left the bad path and returned to her home. She was distinguished by her piety; she was very fervent and a lover of the Eucharist. She invited people to participate in the Sunday mass; She also lovingly prepared couples to formalize their commitment through the sacrament of marriage, which she then celebrated with a big party. She herself arranged and made up the brides to make them look beautiful; she had such simple details that to this day many families remember her fondly. Sister Bibiana was always a good Franciscan missionary, she dedicated her life to the poorest, as was our Founding Father. Likewise, she shared fraternal life and exercised the apostolate in the CEI of Ica and in Juanjuí. She was a very prudent, simple, helpful and funny nun. She always witty. Despite the illness that afflicted her, she continued to work like a little ant, and she said: "the nun must die working", an expression that came from the lips of our Mother Foundress. She loved the children of the Ica Initial School very much and they also repaid this affection with signs of attention and admiration, so much so that the promotion of the same year 2014 bears her name; all this at the initiative of the children themselves. Sr. Bibi left us pleasant memories. The Lord have her in her glory. 


5.-Hna. MADRE MARÍA ADELA DE JESÚS

El viernes 03 de diciembre de 1982, descansó en la paz del Señor, en la casa Clara Álvarez de Lima, la Madre María Adela de Jesús, a los 66 años de edad y 48 años de profesión religiosa.
Madre María Adela de Jesús amó la Congregación de religiosas Franciscanas de la Inmaculada Concepción con un amor muy grande hacia las personas y a las obras de caridad, entregándose totalmente a su servicio con la mirada siempre en alto por Jesús y por María.
Ella siempre se mostró respetuosa con sus Superioras, dócil a la voz de la obediencia. Por eso, pasó por distintas actividades misioneras como en Puerto Ocopa, luego maestra y secretaria en Jauja y Arequipa, después Superiora en el colegio de Huaraz y en la Escuela Normal de Juanjuí, también en el Liceo departamental de Nariño (Antioquía en Colombia), finalmente, Superiora del colegio “Jesús Sacramentado” en Cieneguilla.
Fue una religiosa piadosa, prolija y muy responsable. Donde le tocó trabajar lo hizo satisfactoriamente, por ello exigía que los demás, tanto maestros como alumnas, hermanas, médicos, etc. siguieran la misma línea; por lo que a veces no era comprendida. Sin embargo, no se desanimaba, porque tenía puesta su confianza en Dios con firmeza y seguía adelante.
En los colegios donde trabajó, su celo fue notable entre la niñez y la juventud, tratando de infundir, en los corazones de sus estudiantes, las virtudes cristianas como la responsabilidad, el cumplimiento del deber y el amor a la familia.
En la Escuela Normal “La Inmaculada” de Juanjuí donde permaneció diez años, su sueño dorado fue la formación de buenas maestras, porque sabía que ellas más tarde prestarían un servicio muy importante a la iglesia y a la patria, quería que tantas maestras fueran como apóstoles de la educación.
A las alumnas que carecían de recursos, las protegía silenciosamente y con generosidad. Para Madre Adela el dinero no tenía importancia sino era para ayudar a los demás. También mostró preocupación por el bienestar de las hermanas que no tenían local adecuado para su vivienda; tanto en Juanjuí como en Nariño (Colombia). Para solucionar este problema, primero en Juanjuí adquirió un terreno cerca al colegio y mandó construir una casa que cuenta con huerta y jardín. Después en Nariño, gestionó y consiguió local propio para las hermanas donde hizo una construcción, a pesar de las dificultades del medio.
Cuando menos se esperaba, estando ya en Cieneguilla, un derrame cerebral la privó del uso de la palabra y de la facultad de movilizarse, pero se mantuvo plenamente consciente y pudo ofrecer al Señor esta nueva forma de trabajo que Él le pidió en bien de la Congregación. Al final cumplió su misión y se durmió plácidamente en la paz del Señor acompañada de sus hermanas de Congregación.

MOTHER MARIA ADELA DE JESUS

On Friday, December 3rd, 1982, she rested in the peace of the Lord, in the Clara Álvarez’s House in Lima, Mother María Adela de Jesús, at 66 years of age and 48 years of religious profession.
Mother María Adela de Jesús loved the Congregation of Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception with a great love for people and works of charity, giving herself totally to her service with her gaze always raised high for Jesus and for Mary.
She always showed respect towards her Superiors, docile to the voice of obedience. For this reason, she went through different missionary activities such as in Puerto Ocopa, then she was a teacher and secretary in Jauja and Arequipa, later, she was Superior at the Huaraz school and at the Juanjuí Normal School, also at the Nariño departmental Lyceum (Antioquía in Colombia), finally, she was Superior of the “Jesús Sacramentado” school in Cieneguilla.
She was a pious, meticulous and very responsible religious. Wherever she had to work, she did it satisfactorily, which is why she demanded that others, both teachers and students, sisters, doctors, etc. follow the same line; so she was sometimes not understood. However, she did not get discouraged, because she had firmly placed her trust in God and kept going.
In the schools where she worked, her zeal was notable among children and youth, trying to instill Christian virtues such as responsibility, fulfillment of duty, and love of family in the hearts of her students.
At the Normal School "La Inmaculada" in Juanjuí where she stayed for ten years, her golden dream was the training of good teachers, because she knew that they would later provide a very important service to the church and the country, she wanted so many teachers to be like apostles of Education.
To the students who lacked resources, she silently and generously protected them. For Mother Adela, money was not important unless it was to help others. She also showed concern for the well-being of the sisters who did not have an adequate place for her home; both in Juanjuí and in Nariño (Colombia). To solve this problem, she first bought a piece of land near the school in Juanjuí and she ordered the construction of a house that has an orchard and garden. Later in Nariño, she managed and got her own premises for the sisters where she built a building, despite the difficulties of the environment.
When least expected, while already in Cieneguilla, a stroke deprived her of the use of speech and the ability to mobilize, but she remained fully conscious and was able to offer the Lord this new form of work that she asked of her for the good of the Congregation. In the end she fulfilled her mission and she fell asleep peacefully in the peace of the Lord accompanied by her sisters from her Congregation.


6.-Hna. MARIA LUZ DE JESÚS
(Felicia García Torres)
El día 13 de marzo del año 2018 descanso en la paz del Señor en la fraternidad "Clara Álvarez" de Lima, la hermana María Luz de Jesús (Felicia García Torres) a los 87 años de edad y 60 de Profesión Religiosa. Compartió su vida en las fraternidades de Viterbo, Señor de la Misericordia, Nuestra Señora de Fátima de Arequipa, Nuestra Señora del Carmen de Jauja, Virgen Asunta de Chachapoyas, Santa Fortunata de Moquegua, La Inmaculada de Juanjui, Ermelinda Carrera de Lima, Santa María Reina de Chiclayo, Jesús Sacramentado de Cieneguilla y Clara Álvarez, donde pasó sus últimos años de vida. Ingresó a la Congregación muy joven, graduada como Normalista Urbana. Posteriormente estudió en la Normal de Monterrico, obteniendo el Título de Profesora de Segunda Enseñanza en la Especialidad de Historia y Castellano. Fue una hermana muy respetuosa, responsable, constante en el trabajo, alegre y fraterna. Tuvo una gran devoción a la Virgen Santísima y a Jesús Eucaristía, a quien rendía un culto muy especial los Jueves Eucarísticos. Su desempeño en la tarea pedagógica fue muy eficiente en su misión como Profesora y Directora.
Para brindarle mejores cuidados, por su delicada salud, fue trasladada a la Fraternidad Clara Álvarez, donde permaneció hasta sus últimos días, entregando su alma a Dios. Roguemos a Dios por el eterno descanso de su alma. Descansa en paz hermana María Luz de Jesús.

On March 13th, 2018, she rested in the peace of the Lord in the "Clara Álvarez" fraternity in Lima, Sister María Luz de Jesús (Felicia García Torres) at 87 years of age and 60 of Religious Profession. She shared her life in the fraternities of Viterbo, Señor de la Misericordia, Nuestra Señora de Fátima from Arequipa, Nuestra Señora del Carmen from Jauja, Virgen Asunta from Chachapoyas, Santa Fortunata from Moquegua, La Imaculada from Juanjui, Ermelinda Carrera from Lima, Santa María Reina from Chiclayo, Jesús Sacramentado from Cieneguilla and Clara Álvarez, where she spent her last years of life. She entered the Congregation at a very young age, graduating as an Urban Teacher. Later she studied at the Normal de Monterrico, obtaining the Title of Secondary Education Professor in the Specialty of History and Spanish. She was a very respectful, responsible, constant at work, cheerful and fraternal sister. She had a great devotion to the Blessed Virgin and to Jesus the Eucharist, to whom she rendered a very special cult on Eucharistic Thursdays. Her performance in the pedagogical task was very efficient in her mission as Teacher and Principal.
To provide her with better care, due to her delicate health, she was transferred to the Clara Álvarez Fraternity, where she remained until her last days, giving her soul to God. We pray to God for the eternal rest of her soul. Rest in peace sister María Luz de Jesús.

El día 18 de noviembre del año 2015 viajó feliz al encuentro del Padre Celestial en la Fraternidad "Santa Teresa de la Inmaculada” de San Pedro de Lloc nuestra querida hermana Telma de Jesús Castro Torres, a los 70 años de edad y 46 de Profesión Religiosa. Hna. Telma de Jesús Castro Torres nació en Morales, San Martín y fue la primera de 15 hermanos. Sintió el deseo de consagrar su vida al Señor, en la vida religiosa, en nuestra Congregación, pero no obtuvo el permiso de su padre por ser menor de edad; ante la negativa de su padre se vio obligada a huir del seno familiar y, con la ayuda de un sacerdote pudo llegar a la comunidad de Trujillo, iniciando así esta hermosa aventura de su vocación religiosa. Fue una religiosa de vocación, activa, de mente abierta, siempre con la palabra precisa, amiga incondicional, la madre que escucha y aconseja, la mujer que acompañó en el dolor y en la alegría y cuyo corazón estaba siempre dispuesto a dar más que a recibir, dando su tiempo, ofreciendo sus oraciones, brindando un abrazo, expresando sus ocurrencias y su preocupación constante por las familias.
Su vida transcurrió en fidelidad al carisma congregacional, haciendo de la vida fraterna el espacio para compartir con sus hermanas con alegría y trabajando en bien de cada una de ellas. Fue muy disciplinada en el trabajo apostólico formando en cada lugar donde se encontraba grupos de jóvenes comprometidos, siendo para ellos una hermana, amiga y consejera. Trabajó mucho en la infancia misionera y colaboró muy de cerca con las Obras Misionales Pontificias del Perú. Formó parte de las fraternidades de "Santa María Reina" de Chiclayo, donde dejó gratos recuerdos, "Virgen Asunta" de Chachapoyas, "Señor de la Misericordia"- Barrios Altos, donde las exalumnas hasta hoy la recuerdan con mucho cariño, Casa Misión "Santa Teresita" de Puerto Ocopa, "La Inmaculada" de Juanjuí, "La Inmaculada" de Bagua, fundadora de la I.E. "La Inmaculada Concepción" de Cajamarca, "Santa Fortunata" - Moquegua y "Santa Teresa de la Inmaculada" de San Pedro de Lloc. En muchas de estas obras se desempeñó como Directora. A la hermana Telma siempre se le escuchaba decir que el día que Dios la llame sería la mujer más feliz sobre la tierra, porque "estaré junto a Dios en otra dimensión". En su enfermedad, oraba y pedía que orasen por ella y que canten canciones religiosas. Necesitaba orar, sentir la presencia de Dios en su vida y que sus hermanas la acompañen en su lecho de dolor. Su espíritu fraterno lo tuvo tan marcado que nunca quiso sentirse sola y pedía que le concedan la gracia de descansar en su fraternidad de San Pedro de Lloc, pues alli estaban sus hermanas de comunidad. Los habitantes de San Pedro de Lloc expresaron su agradecimiento a Dios por haber escogido este lugar para su descanso eterno y porque tuvieron la gracia de conocerla, tendrán latente su testimonio de vida consagrada y su gran amor en el trabajo pastoral con niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, demostrando su único propósito: extender por doquier el Reino de Dios. Agradecemos a Dios por la presencia de la hermana Telma entre nosotras: por su testimonio de vida alegre, generosa y obediente. Roguemos a Dios por el eterno descanso de su alma. Descansa en paz hermana Telma de Jesús.

She felt the desire to consecrate her life to the Lord, in religious life, in our Congregation, but she did not obtain her father's permission for being a minor, when her father refused, she was forced to flee the family bosom and, with the help of a priest, she was able to reach the community of Trujillo, thus beginning this beautiful adventure of her religious vocation. Active, open-minded, always with the right word, an unconditional friend, the mother who listens and advises, the woman who accompanied us in pain and joy and whose heart was always ready to give more than receive, giving her time, offering their prayers, offering a hug, expressing their occurrences and their constant concern for the families.
Her life was spent in fidelity to the congregational charism, making fraternal life the space to share with her sisters with joy and working for the good of each of them. She was very disciplined in her apostolic work, forming groups of committed young people in every place where she was, being a sister, friend and counselor for them. She worked a lot in missionary childhood and collaborated closely with the Pontifical Mission Societies of Peru. She was part of the fraternities of "Santa María Reina" from Chiclayo, where she left pleasant memories, "Virgen Asunta" from Chachapoyas, "Señor de la Misericordia" - Barrios Altos, where the alumni still remember her with great affection, Casa Misión " Santa Teresita" from Puerto Ocopa, "La Inmaculada" from Juanjuí, "La Inmaculada" from Bagua, founder of the I.E.
